Corrugated Surfaces Scan  


Executive Summary

Optimet's ConoProbe MK10 HD with a 25 mm focal lens was used to scan corrugated surfaces. The tests were performed only to demonstrate measurement capability. The scans were made in Y direction. Four different samples were supplied and tested with optimal results.

2.Application Description

Scanning of four different corrugated‐surface samples using Optimet's ConoProbe HD 25 mm focal lens.

Test settings:

  • easurement rate: 9 kHz
  • X‐step: 10 µm
  • Y‐step: 100 µm
  • Laser power level: 20

  • Total and SNR filters were applied on the RAW data and after that it was export to Mountains Map software for analysis.
