Cut Profiles  


Executive Summary

Optimet’s ConoProbe MK10 with a 50 mm focal lens was used to inspect cut profiles. The tests were performed only to demonstrate measurement capability.  This report contains analysis results from the following samples: 
  • EGO‐BI
  • ABS‐PC

2. Application Description


Scan two samples of cutting profiles using Optimet's ConoProbe MK10 with a 50 mm focal lens.

Test settings for both samples:  
  • Measurement rate: 9KHz
  • X‐step: 20 µm
  • Y‐step: 50 µm
  • Laser power level: 63

The scans were done in the Y‐direction so that the long spot side was along the scan direction.
