Executive Summary

Optimet’s ConoProbe MK10 HD with a 25 mm focal lens was used to scan micro lenses and titanium plate. The tests were performed only to demonstrate measurement capability. The micro lenses were scanned using spray and the titanium plate without; both scans were accurate and had optimal results.

Titanium plate

  • Measurements rate: 9 kHz
  • X-step: 1.5 µm
  • Y-step: 7.5 µm
  • Laser power: 9
