Executive Summary

Optimet's ConoProbe MK10 was used in the application of screw scanning. The tests were performed to demonstrate measurement capability. Two scans were made, one using talc powder and one without talc powder.

2. Application Description

Plastic sample scanning using Optimet's Conoline with a 25 mm lens. A screw was measured by the ConoProbe MK10 with 25 mm high definition focal lenses. Test settings:
  • Measurement rate: 9 kHz
  • X‐step: 4.8 µm
  • Y‐step: 10 µm
  • Laser power: 11
